½ Lime cut into 4 pieces
4cl of Medronho Smooth
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
1 glass of crushed ice

Place the pieces of lime and sugar in a low ‘old fashioned’ glass. With a pestle partially crush the lime until you get the amount of juice to your liking.
Fill the glass with the crushed ice to the top, add the Medronho 42 and stir gently with a bar spoon.
