Ingredients
3 sprigs of mint
2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
½ Lime cut into 4 pieces
3 cl Medronho Junior Jacques Smooth
1 cup of ground ice
Carbonated water (to taste
Preparation:
In a tall glass (highball) add the mint leaves, the lime and sugar. With a pestle, crush the ingredients carefully, until you get the amount of juice to your liking. Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice. Now add the Medronho 42. Fill up with carbonated water (to taste). Stir gently with a long spoon to mix all the flavours. Garnish with a mint leaf and a slice of lime.
