Ingredients
5cl of Medronho Smooth
3cl of lemon / lime juice
2cl of Chili Syrup
1.5cl of egg white
Ice cubes (to taste)
Preparation:
Prepare a chalice with wine salt: Put the salt in a saucer and pass a lemon wedge to the rim of the chalice. Then turn the cup and dip it in the salt.
Add all ingredients in the shaker including ice. Shake vigorously and strain into the cup.
