After artisanal distillation, this medronho rests for 12 months in French oak barrels, where it acquires greater depth, elegance and aromatic complexity.

The aging in wood preserves the fruit’s identity while adding delicate notes of vanilla, sweet spices, dried fruits and noble wood.

On the palate it reveals itself as enveloping, balanced and persistent, combining the freshness of arbutus with the complexity provided by aging.
