INTRODUCTION<\/p>

The conditions stipulated in this document are only applicable to purchases made at juniorjacques.pt.<\/p>

The management of the online store juniorjacques.pt and the logistics operations associated with its commercial activity are the responsibility of the commercial company Alma Org\u00e2nica Unipessoal Lda, VAT number (NIPC) 513208968, headquartered at Sobral \u2013 S\u00e3o Miguel, C.P 8025, 7630-592 S\u00e3o Teot\u00f3nio, Odemira, which is the owner of the brand Junior Jacques Destiladores\u00ae and all related exploitation rights.<\/p>

Alma Org\u00e2nica reserves the right to change, at any time, the information and commercial offer presented regarding products, prices, promotions and commercial conditions.<\/p>

The terms in force at the time the website is used or the purchase and sale contract is entered into will apply.<\/p>

CONTRACT FORMATION<\/p>

By making an online purchase at juniorjacques.pt, the user declares to be 18 years of age or older. The sale of alcoholic beverages to individuals under the age of 18 is prohibited by law (Decree-Law no. 106\/2015). We reserve the right to request proof of age or to cancel orders if there is any suspicion of non-compliance with this regulation. <\/p>

To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and select one of the following payment methods:<\/p>

Multibanco: After completing your order, you will receive the payment details for your order by email. Payment confirmation is automatic, so you do not need to send us proof of payment.
MB Way: Only applicable if the Customer has an account and a mobile number associated with the MB Way platform.
PayPal: Only applicable if the Customer has a PayPal account. <\/p>

All purchases made through juniorjacques.pt are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legal rate in force in Portugal. All prices displayed on juniorjacques.pt include VAT. <\/p>

The images shown are for illustrative purposes only and may not correspond to the actual product.<\/p>

Once the order is completed and the subsequent payment order is placed, the purchase and sale contract for the products chosen by the Customer is deemed to have been concluded.<\/p>

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY<\/p>

All orders are subject to product availability. If the ordered product is unavailable, the Customer will be informed and refunded the amount paid within a maximum of 15 days. <\/p>

DISPATCH<\/p>

The order will be dispatched within 24 business hours from payment confirmation. Shipping will take place only on business days (Mon\u2013Fri). <\/p>

SHIPPING COSTS<\/p>

Shipping costs are as follows:<\/p>

  • Mainland Portugal: \u20ac4.96<\/li>
  • Azores and Madeira: \u20ac9.30<\/li>
  • Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Hungary, France, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Austria and Belgium: \u20ac15.26.<\/li>
  • Spain: \u20ac9.29.<\/li>
  • Germany: \u20ac11.67.<\/li>
  • Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania: \u20ac18.48.<\/li>
  • Greece: \u20ac21.75.<\/li>
  • Denmark, Finland and Sweden: \u20ac24.01.<\/li>
  • Switzerland and the United Kingdom (UK): Please check the price by emailing info@juniorjacques.pt.<\/li><\/ul>

    However, delivery will be free (no shipping charges) for orders over \u20ac70.00 shipped to an address in Mainland Portugal.<\/p>

    DELIVERY<\/p>

    Except in unforeseen or exceptional circumstances, orders will be delivered by hand between 9:00 and 19:00, within up to 4 days or 48 hours from the dispatch date, depending on the delivery option selected. If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please contact us. <\/p>

    For security reasons, we do not guarantee delivery to PO boxes, hotels, aparthotels or tourist apartments.<\/p>

    If delivery is not completed for reasons attributable to the Customer (namely due to an error or insufficient details provided by the Customer, or if it is not received by the recipient at the delivery location), you must contact us so that delivery can be rescheduled. In this case, the Customer may be charged costs related to product storage and arranging a new delivery.<\/p>

    DAMAGED PRODUCT<\/p>

    If you have received any damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@juniorjacques.pt.<\/p>

    ORDER CANCELLATION<\/p>

    During campaigns: We reserve the right to cancel all orders that have not been paid by the campaign end date.<\/p>

    In \u201cnormal\u201d situations (outside campaigns): We reserve the right to cancel all orders that have not been paid within 1 week from the date they were placed.<\/p>

    RETURN POLICY<\/p>

    The Customer may cancel the order, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid up to the time of delivery of the order.<\/p>

    Ap\u00f3s receber a sua encomenda, o Cliente pode proceder \u00e0 sua devolu\u00e7\u00e3o no prazo de 14 dias, sem necessidade de indicar o motivo, comunicando a sua decis\u00e3o para o email info@juniorjacques.pt. Nota importante: Por raz\u00f5es de prote\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade e higiene, os produtos apenas ser\u00e3o aceites para devolu\u00e7\u00e3o se as garrafas mantiverem o selo fiscal e a c\u00e1psula intactos, sem qualquer sinal de abertura ou manuseamento da embalagem original. <\/p>

    If the return is due to a processing, production or packaging error, or due to the goods not conforming to the contract, responsibility will be assumed by Alma Org\u00e2nica, which will collect the order and bear the respective costs. Collection will take place at a location and date to be agreed, with the time set by the carrier. In this case, the Customer is entitled to request a replacement of the goods at no cost. <\/p>

    If the return occurs for reasons unrelated to Alma Org\u00e2nica, the Customer must bear the costs of reshipping, via a carrier, to the address indicated by the seller.<\/p>

    In both cases, the order must be properly packaged, protected and sealed so that it can be handled by the carrier responsible for the return.<\/p>

    Refunds of payments made by the Customer will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction. Alternatively, the Customer may expressly state that they want the refund to be made via another method, namely\u2014and to speed up the refund process\u2014by providing the bank account details (IBAN and account holder) to which they want the refund to be made, at no cost to them.<\/p>
