Use a ‘copa’ glass and cool it by filling with enough ice cubes. Drain any water that may have remained in it. Now add to the ice the rosemary, the orange peel, and two or three blueberry or raspberries. Add the Medronho 42. Stir gently with a bar spoon and then slowly add the tonic water. Serve immediately.
For a more special effect, freeze the blueberry or raspberry in an ice cube and add these to the glass.
